Q1: Are you manufacturer or trading company?
A1: We are manufacturer mainly focusing on auto suspension systems with 10 years experience,
and our team are professional in international trade.
Q2: What is the warranty for your products?
A2: All products are gone through strict test by our experienced QC before delivery. Usually we offer 1 year
warranty. During the warranty time, if any quality problem, we will be fully responsible for it.
Q3: What is the delivery time?
A3: Generally, it will take 3-7 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends
on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q4: What is your terms of payment?
A4: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages
before you pay the balance.

Q8: What is the term of packing?
A8: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered
patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
